Here is our QA/QC procedure for garment we follow for each order (for the promotional gifts, we apply similar pocedure):
1.we make sure we know exactly what is the order deltails and spec.
2.we make prepro samples for buyer to approve the size measurement, color, style, making, and etc.
3.As soon as prepro sample is approved by cleint, we will start mass production. Our QA/QC team will carefully inspect the yarn first at yarn factory.
4.After knitting our QA/QC technicans will inspect the gray fabric construction and quality.
5.After dying, our QA/QC technicans to inspect the color fastness; fabric weight; shrinkage rate and etc.
6.Before making, our QA/QC technicans will check the paper pattern, then start cutting and making.
7.During the mass production our QA/QC technicans will check the stitching, sewing and position of accessories and etc.
8.Then we will let all the goods pass the metal detector and put the mass goods into the packaging room.
9. our QA/QC technicans will check the labelling, carton markings, and packaging. fnally the order will ship to the shipper's warehouse.
Our QA/QC team will give a final QA/QC report for each order to the manager. The manager will either approve it or make improvement suggestions if there is any problems.
